Bryant was built on geotechnical engineering services, or as we call it, GEONEERING®. The Bryant GEONEERING® technical services include a wide array of consulting related to subsurface structure analysis, moisture gradient and soil analysis and investigation, and identifying and analyzing geophysical properties for the purposes of site characterization and mapping. For 25 years, our team of engineers and scientists have worked with clients across thousands of routine and complex projects to deliver pragmatic and creative geotechnical engineering design and construction solutions.
Expansive clay soils pervade the southern and mountain west portions of the United States. And when these soils are not properly accounted for and are exposed to moisture, they can wreak havoc on foundations and structures. At Bryant, we are uniquely positioned to address issues arising from these soils. With offices in Dallas, Denver, and Houston, our geotechnical engineers have decades of experience both designing structures and investigating failed structures built on expansive clay soils.
Every structure has subsurface features unique to its site. And because soils and earth materials are highly variable, it’s critical to develop a clear picture of a site’s subsurface to assess risks and avoid later damage. From high rises in San Francisco to New York City and everywhere in between, we have the experience, expertise, and tools to provide our clients with innovative solutions to address subsurface conditions and geotechnical issues.
